SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping

We can ship to almost any address in the world. For orders outside the US or Canada, please see International Orders below.

If you are ordering from another seller like Amazon.com or eBay, they have different shipping policies which are neither covered by The MCAT Store's policies nor guarantees.

Delivery Time

We dispatch orders within 48 hours on average. You should receive your package in the continental US or Canada within 7 business days of shipment.

Cost

Shipping orders from The MCAT Store is $5 US per item to the United States and Canada. For orders of $100 or more, shipping is free to the continental US and Canada. Orders through our affiliates Amazon.com and eBay are different and are not covered by our shipping policies. Please see below for International Orders.

Return Policy

We guarantee products that are shipped directly from The MCAT Store only (please inquire from our affiliates such as Amazon.com and eBay since they have separate policies). We guarantee that we have, to the best of our abilities, determined the accuracy of the information presented in our listings. We do not accept returns on all sales of tangible products and online programs, and we do not provide refunds. If there is a problem with any of our products, we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Only on a case-by-case basis will returns and refunds be approved. All requests for returns and refunds should be sent to learn@gold-standard.com, and one of our representatives will respond to you within 2 business days. In order to be eligible for a refund, all returned items must be unused and unopened (DVDs and CDs still in the plastic wrap). Express Shipping

For all inquires about express shipping, please contact shipping@mcat-bookstore.com and one of our representatives will respond to you within 1 business day.

Product Replacement Policy

If you already own one or more of the items included in any of our packages and would like to receive a substitute for the item(s), please contact us at learn@gold-standard.com and let us know which one of the product(s) you already own. We will try our best to provide you with replacement options for those particular item(s).

International Orders

Shipping charges for international orders are calculated based on the destination and weight of your order. The total shipping and handling cost will automatically be calculated upon entering your shipping address and added to your total order amount before check-out and payment through PayPal.

If you have any questions about international shipping, please e-mail us at shipping@mcat-bookstore.com. International orders are dispatched on average within 48 hours. You should receive your package within 7-10 business days of dispatch. As a free bonus to our international clients, we will provide free temporary online access to your videos from The MCAT Store while you await your shipment.
